It is with great pride that the Caribbean Community has greeted the news of your success in winning the silver medal at the World Track and Field Championships. 

You have demonstrated to your peers that they can be the best in the world in whatever field they choose. 

As Secretary-General of the Caribbean Community, I congratulate you on the achievement of the Youth World Record and your second place in the premier event of the World Track and Field Championships.

You are a fine example to your fellow youth in the Region. May you use this success as a platform to attain even greater heights.
