will comprise some twenty Observers designated by
the Member States of the Community. The Observers,

experience.
The Chief of Mission and the advance group will
arrive in country on 28 October 2007, and the
remainder of the Mission on 31 October 2007.
The fielding of the CARICOM Electoral Observer

Caribbean Community accords to good governance and
democratic practice in its Member States.
